As you approach the Sun House, you’ll notice the harmony in which it coexists with the landscape. The exterior features handpicked river stones, shells and ceramic images of the sun, along with custom-carved redwood poles on the porch. The relationship between the house and its surroundings becomes clearer when you realize that the Sun House is only 100 yards away from the majestic Tuolumne River.

Inside you’ll find a spacious haven for two to four people with cedar-lined walls, comfortable furniture, and an eclectic library that you’ll find yourself exploring. A fully equipped kitchen includes everything you’ll need to prepare a leisurely breakfast or an elegant dinner. A beautiful pool and patio is just outside your front door – when you stay at the Sun House, you’ll enjoy exclusive use of the pool during certain hours.
